POSITION SUMMARY:

Join a dynamic firmware engineering team delivering leading edge networking products. In this position, you will provide leadership to a team of engineers for DSP firmware development for telecommunication products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Modem physical layer system architecture design experience.
  
• DSP algorithms and software design and development for communication products.
  
• Digital communications system architecture experience.
  
• Working knowledge of C, C++, MATLAB, and assembly languages.
  
• Knowledge of all aspects of the DSP software development process.
  
• Track record of on-time delivery of products.
  
• System and hardware integration experience.
  
• Minimum of 8 years industry experience.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work in a startup environment

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BSEE (MS preferred).
