URLs are also treated as documents. They can be created in any folder and they
are used to point to external or internal web sites or pages.

| To create a new URL, perform the following: |
- Navigate to the folder in which you wish to create a URL link.
- Click on the New URL button.
- Enter a name for the URL.
- Enter a description for the URL.
- Enter the URL path, e.g. www.infoRouter.com.

It's not necessary to include the "http://" in the URL path. Also, do not give the URL name an extension such as .url -- an extension will be created for you. |
