        POSITION SUMMARY:

          HR activities in compensation, employee relations, coaching & counseling,

        REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
            
        
          - 7+ years experience 
            in a HR business partner role as well as demonstrated strong HR generalist 
            functional skills. 
 
          - Demonstrated 
            ability to successfully implement a variety of HR programs and initiatives. 
            
 
          - Excellent written 
            and oral communication skills. 
 
          - Ability to work 
            independently, as well as collaboratively. 
 
          - Must be flexible 
            and easy to work with. 
 
          - Integrity and 
            trust are a must. 
 
         
        EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 
            
        
          - BS/BA in Business 
            or other related area of study.
