POSITION SUMMARY:
- Setting up a test
environment to test and measure voice telephony and DSL parameters.
- Build, debug and
test circuits under the full supervision of a senior engineering team.
- Generate test
plans under supervision.
- Perform testing
per the test plan, and report results per Centillium guidelines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- EET or equivalent
degree
- Basic understanding
of analog and digital circuitry
- Ability to read
and generate schematics
- Ability to enter
schematics using Viewlogic, Orcad or similar CAD tool
- Good understanding
of components technologies (passive and active). Ability to search for
and recommend components for a defined circuit function.
- Ability to build
small circuits, debug and troubleshoot them
- Fluency in operating
oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and other measurement
tools
- Ability to perform
simple tests under minimum supervision
- Ability to design
analog/digital circuits is desired.
- Ability to generate
test plans/procedures with minimum supervision is desired.
- Ability to perform
full DSL and voice telephony tests and generate reports is desired.
