CENTILLIUM COMMUNICATIONS TO EXHIBIT AND DEMONSTRATE SINGLE ENDED LINE PROBING TECHNOLOGY AT SUPERCOMM 2001

Company to Host Centi Gras Party for Press and Customers

FREMONT, Calif., May 31, 2001 - Centillium Communications, Inc. [NASDAQ: CTLM], innovator of broadband communications technology, will exhibit and host an event showcasing its latest technology at SUPERCOMM 2001, June 3 - 7 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Centillium plans to exhibit its ADSL and Voice over Packet (VoP) solutions at booth 405 on the SUPERCOMM show floor. Additionally, the company will host "Centi gras", a Mardi gras-themed party for press and customers, to show off its new Single Ended Line Probing (SELP) technology. Centillium's SELP product demonstration will be Tuesday, June 5th at 5:30 p.m. in the Liberty Ballroom at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia adjacent to the Georgia World Congress center.
