CENTILLIUM COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

Compliance with ISO 9001 International Standard Demonstrates

FREMONT, Calif., January 8, 2001 - Centillium Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTLM), innovator of broadband communications technology, today announced that it has received ISO 9001 certification, demonstrating its compliance with the leading international standard for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing of a quality system.
