FREMONT, Calif., August 28, 2001 - Centillium Communications, Inc. [NASDAQ: CTLM], innovator of broadband communications technology, today announces the grand opening of its Tokyo office in Japan. The opening of the Tokyo office provides Centillium's customers with the support, technical expertise and quality of service needed to develop next generation Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) and Voice over Packet (VoP) solutions for Japan's growing telecommunications market.
