CENTILLIUM COMMUNICATIONS TO EXHIBIT AND MODERATE PANEL AT SUPERNET 2002

Company to Exhibit New SecureDSL Product Line and to Moderate IP Telephony Panel

FREMONT, Calif., January 14, 2002 - Centillium Communications, Inc. [NASDAQ: CTLM], innovator of broadband communications technology, will exhibit and moderate a panel on IP Telephony at SUPERnet 2002, January 21– 24, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.

As the broadband market continues to grow, more businesses and consumers are demanding that security be integrated into the DSL customer premises equipment they purchase. Centillium has developed an innovative product family that addresses the need for integration of ADSL high-speed access, routing, and most importantly, security. Centillium will exhibit its new SecureDSL product line technology at booth 908 on the SUPERnet show floor.

Additionally, Babu Mandava, General Manager, Access Business Unit for Centillium Communications, will moderate a panel titled “Evolution of IP Telephony in Emerging Broadband Networks” on January 23, 2002 from 3:30 to 5:00 PM.
